제2조 (정의)

  1. “서비스”란 ChonkPaw가 제공하는 웹사이트, 모바일 웹 및 관련 서비스를 의미합니다.
  2. “회원”이란 본 약관에 동의하고 서비스에 가입한 자를 의미합니다.
  3. “스트리머”란 자신의 반려동물 영상 또는 콘텐츠를 제공하는 회원을 의미합니다.
  4. “후원”이란 회원이 서비스에서 제공하는 기능을 통해 스트리머의 반려동물에게 간식 또는 기타 지원을 제공하는 행위를 의미합니다.

제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)

  1. 본 약관은 서비스에 게시함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.
  2. 서비스는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위 내에서 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다.
  3. 변경된 약관은 서비스 내 공지 후 효력이 발생합니다.

제4조 (회원가입)

  1. 회원은 서비스가 정한 절차에 따라 가입할 수 있습니다.
  2. 허위 정보를 제공한 경우 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

제6조 (회원의 의무)

회원은 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.

  4. 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위
  5. 타인의 권리를 침해하는 행위

제7조 (콘텐츠)

제8조 (간식 후원)

  1. 간식 후원은 자발적인 참여를 기반으로 합니다.
  2. 서비스는 후원된 간식의 실제 급여 시점 또는 결과를 보장하지 않습니다.
  3. 기기 오류, 네트워크 문제, 운영상 사유 등으로 인해 급여가 지연되거나 실패할 수 있습니다.
  4. 서비스는 반려동물의 건강 및 안전을 위해 급여 횟수 또는 기능을 제한할 수 있습니다.

제9조 (면책사항)

  1. 서비스는 천재지변, 통신 장애, 서버 장애 등 불가항력적 사유로 인한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
  2. 서비스는 회원이 게시한 정보의 정확성 또는 신뢰성을 보증하지 않습니다.
  3. 서비스는 스트리머가 제공하는 콘텐츠 및 반려동물 관리에 대해 직접적인 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제10조 (서비스 이용 제한)

회원이 본 약관을 위반하는 경우 서비스는 사전 통지 없이 계정 제한, 콘텐츠 삭제 또는 회원 자격 박탈 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.

제11조 (지식재산권)

서비스 내 모든 상표, 로고, 디자인 및 운영 콘텐츠에 대한 권리는 서비스 또는 정당한 권리자에게 귀속됩니다.

제12조 (준거법)

본 약관은 미국 및 관련 법령의 적용을 받으며, 서비스와 회원 간 분쟁은 관련 법령에 따라 해결합니다.

  • The Service does not guarantee that every sponsorship action will result in immediate treat dispensing.
  • Treat dispensing may be limited or suspended for animal health, safety, operational, or technical reasons.

The health and welfare of the animals shall take priority over user interactions.

All trademarks, logos, designs, software, and Service content are owned by ChonkPaw or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

ChonkPaw makes no warranties regarding:

  • Accuracy of user-generated content
  • Uninterrupted operation
  • Error-free functionality
